Yes! You can request deposits or full payments before the job via Stripe or Square. Send a payment link by email, and customers pay securely. The amount is tracked on the job and automatically deducted when you create the final invoice.
Can I set discount limits for my team?
Yes! In Settings → Invoice Settings, set a maximum discount percentage (e.g., 20%). When staff try to apply a higher discount, they'll see a warning. You can control whether staff can override the limit or if only the owner can.
